Shipping Policy and Delivery Information

At GenTent Safety Canopies, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and efficiently. Due to rapid growth and high demand, we are continually working to maintain stock and streamline fulfillment from our New Hampshire warehouse.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed daily during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. National Holidays). Orders eligible for same-day shipment must be placed before:

  • 2:00 PM ET for standard shipping
  • 1:00 PM ET for expedited shipping (3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air)

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer expedited services through UPS and FedEx. While we make every effort to ship expedited orders on the same day, customers should note that many carriers have adjusted or suspended their guaranteed delivery windows since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shipping Options by Region

  • United States (Including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands): Free standard shipping is available.
  • Canada: Live UPS shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. GenTent covers duties and taxes up to the extent allowed by UPS.
  • International (Non-Canada): Live UPS rates are offered. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.

Product Availability and Delays

While most orders ship quickly, some products may experience temporary delays due to material supply chain challenges. The most accurate, up-to-date shipping timelines can be found directly on the individual product pages.

Shipment Origin and Carrier Information

All orders ship from our warehouse in Brentwood, New Hampshire. Our warehouse operates normal business hours, Monday-Friday, and observes all National Holidays. We use major carriers (UPS and FedEx) and ship all packages fully insured.
