Shipping Information

GenTent has grown at an unprecedented level this year, and we are doing everything we can to meet the needs of our customers, and process your orders accurately and effectively.

 

Currently, we are seeing significant slow-down in all material shipping, and carrier shipping to the customers during the continued Covid-19 Pandemic. We maintain a healthy stock as readily as possible, and apologize for any potential delays. 

 

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, often daily, however some of our products are seeing delays. Most current shipping information will be found on the individual product pages.


Daily available orders must be submitted by 2 PM US Eastern Time. Expedited shipping is available for 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air deliveries. These are paid shipments that have a same-day shipping cutoff of 1:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time. 

 

Additionally:
  • United States, U.S.V.I., and Puerto Rico customers can select Free Shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping will be honored when available, or you may be contacted with refund information if your product faces shipping delays.
  • Canadian customers will be offered live shipping rates through UPS. GenTent will assume as much of the duties and taxes UPS will allow for Canadian shipments from our cost.
  • International customers will be offered live shipping rates through UPS. Customer is responsible for additional duties and taxes for non-Canadian international shipments

Most shipments come from our warehouse in New Hampshire.  Our warehouse operates normal business hours, Monday-Friday, and observes all National Holidays.

 

All packages are shipped insured, Should there be any issues with shipment, please contact us. Include your name, address, the date of your order, your order number, the shipping method and any tracking number in your email.
