Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident purchasing from GenTent, and we are here to help if something is not quite right. We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be received back by our team within this 30 day window so we can process the refund through the original payment method. Unopened items returned in new condition typically do not incur a restocking fee. Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs. For safety and quality reasons, used items cannot be returned for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return label and the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount. All refunds are contingent upon inspection of the product once it is received back.

Warranty Support

GenTent proudly stands behind our products. We accept warranty returns for repair or exchange, at our discretion, for GenTent logo’d products for up to 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers issues related to workmanship. It does not cover cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error with your shipment, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can take care of it.

GenTent is a New Hampshire based small business. Due to payment processor security requirements, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after this window are not eligible for refund, as we are no longer authorized to process the original payment. This policy helps protect customer payment information and personal data.
