Independently Tested Performance
- Maintains watertight protection for the generator control panel and outlets, tested in rainfall rates up to 18 inches per hour.
- Supports approximately 60–65 lbs of canopy loading, representing about 20 inches of accumulated snow, without collapse.
- Engineered and field tested to remain attached in severe weather conditions with forecast wind speeds up to 110 MPH.
- No measurable increase in generator operating temperature attributable to the GenTent during testing.
- No significant impact on engine air intake, cooling, or generator performance.
- Constructed with NFPA 701-rated flame-retardant canopy material and UL 94 V-0-rated hardware designed for use around the elevated temperatures associated with operating portable generators.
Safety first: Always operate generators outdoors only, away from doors, windows, and vents. Compatible with CO auto-shutoff models.
