GenTent Safety Canopies Limited Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the GenTent® Safety Canopy under normal use in winds up to seventy mph forecast and snow loads up to eighteen inches, with the exceptions stated below.
The warranty period begins the date on your GenTent® product receipt.
Warranty period for Extreme branded GenTent complete kits, canopies, and associated hardware components is three (3) years.
Warranty period for Plus branded GenTent complete kits, canopies, and associated hardware components is two (2) years.
Warranty period for standalone GenTent branded (also known as Standard) GenTent complete kits, canopies, and associated hardware components is one (1) year.
Legacy complete kits, canopy editions, and associated hardware components branded: Stormbracer Extreme, 10K Extreme, 20K, with the USA Flag, or Made in the USA are three (3) years.
Legacy canopies with the standalone 10K or 10K Stormbracer branding are one (1) year.
Third party warrantied products such as Champion Storm Shield are warrantied for one (1) year. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service or replacement.
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper installation; issues resulting from not adhering to the warnings, cautions, or notes as stated in this GenTent manuals, guides, and reference materials. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals, slight fabric color mismatches, or deterioration due to exposure to chemicals. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or neglect including, but not limited to; lost parts, over tightening clamps, blocking a running portable generator exhaust with parts of the GenTent, or rips, tears or breaks due to sharp and/or heavy and/or falling objects. The warranty does not cover issues arising because of modifications made to your portable generator or to the GenTent that have not been specified by the manufacturer.
