How do I return an item?

We accept returns for refund up to 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. We do reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items, which is typically waived if the box has not been opened. We do not take back used items for refund. You MUST contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days, or items returned WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We accept warranty returns for repair or exchange, at our sole discretion, for GenTent logo'd products up to 3 years after delivery of the product. Our warranty covers issues due to workmanship and does not cover cosmetics or issues arising from negligence, abuse, or misuse of the product other than its stated purpose.
