Shipping During the Pandemic

GenTent has grown at an unprecedented level this year, and we are doing EVERYTHING we can to meet the needs of our customers, and process your orders accurately and effectively.

Currently, we are seeing significant delays in our USA made products, and a slow down in all material shipping, and carrier shipping to the customers during the continued Covid-19 Pandemic.

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, often daily, however some of our products are seeing a 1-2 week delay.
Daily available orders must be submitted by 2 PM US Eastern Time. Expedited shipping is available for 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air deliveries. These are paid shipments that have a same-day shipping cutoff of 1:30 PM US Eastern Time.

Additionally:

  • Continental US customers can select Free Shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping will be honored when available, or you may be contacted with refund information if your product faces shipping delays.
  • Hawaii and Alaska ship under our flat $20 shipping rate
  • Canada ships under our UPS Standard International Canadian flat rate of $35.
  • International Flat Rate fees apply to countries outside of the US and Canada. We typically use UPS Worldwide for these shipments

Most shipments come from our fulfillment partner in Virginia, although some shipments will ship from our office in New Hampshire. All packages are shipped insured, Should there be any issues with shipment, please contact us. Include your name, address, the date of your order, your order number, the shipping method and any tracking number in your email.
